Our Community
Oak Hollow Homeowners Association, Inc. was established on 1 December 1994 with the filing in the public records of the Articles of Incorporation. It was not until 15 August 1995 that the Amended and Restated Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions for Oak Hollow were recorded in the Seminole County public records. Some of the features of our community are:
- Cul-de-sac main road with no through traffic.
- Access to the Cross Seminole trail.

Just after the U.S. Civil War, homesteaders settled on the shores of Lake Jesup in search of a new life. Including the resort of the Lake Charm community and the Lake Jesup community, the city of Oviedo was established in 1925.
